For the limited edition release the juniper-forward Tanqueray Bloomsbury gin, Master Distiller Tom Nichol drew inspiration from a recipe created by Charles Tanqueray’s son, Charles Waugh Tanqueray. GORAL VODKA
Goral Vodka is made from a “select variety” of Durum Wheat and Tatra Spring Mountain water in a 12th century Slovakian village. The vodka recipe is inspired by an ancient recipe discovered in the preserved distillery beneath L’ubovna Castle. HONEYMAKER MEAD
Honeymaker is a “dry” style mead, not as sweet as similar products on the market, according to the company. Made from all-natural ingredients and gluten-free, Honeymaker has a 12% ABV. ALAMOS MALBECS AND TORRONTÉS
Alamos Wines has announced new Malbec and Torrontés Argentinian wines. Alamos grapes are grown at the foothills of the Andes Mountains at an elevation of 3,000 to 5,000 feet. The 2014 Malbec blends concentrated plum flavors with small portions of Syrah (6%) and Bonarda (4%), for dark cherry and blackberry flavors. Click here to read more.
DON AND SONS CUSTARD CHARDONNAY
Don and Sons has announced a new wine, their 2013 Custard Chardonnay. This “comfort wine” is rich and creamy on the nose, according to the company, with flavors of toasted almond and vanilla derived from six months of French-oak aging. Pearl Vodka is refreshing its look and flavor profile for summer, introducing updated packaging and launching three new flavors.
