Jameson Black Barrel has unveiled its newly redesigned bottle.
Matured in a combination of American oak, sherry casks and double charred bourbon barrels, Jameson Black Barrel is a blend of ‘small batch’ grain and traditional Irish pot still whiskeys. The double charring delivers an “embellished finish,” the company says.
The brand has a new look for its bottle, but the same taste.
Jameson Black Barrel has a nose if butterscotch, toffee, spicy pepper, and hints of fruit. On the palate are concentrated spice, nutty notes, vanilla sweetness and sherry fruit flavors.
This whiskey retails for $36.99 per 750-ml. bottle and is 40% ABV.
