Lila Wines Announces New Canned Sparkling Wines

Lila Wines today introduced a bubbly new addition: Lila Sparkling.

In time for summer, the newest products in the Lila Wines portfolio offer a convenient way to enjoy sparkling wine. They are available in three varietals: French rosé, an Italian pinot grigio, and the new Italian sparkler.

Lila rosé (12% ABV) is light and dry, the company reports, with aromas of fresh red berries and orange peel, and a hint of minerality. Lila pinot grigio (12.5% ABV) has aromas of tart green apple and citrus. Lila Sparkling (11% ABV) is produced using a similar method as prosecco, with citrus and tropical fruit aromas, mixed with a hint of honeysuckle and nectarine.

In the spring of 2016 Lila Wines was introduced by Latitude Beverage Company. All the wines are gluten free, low in calories and carbs, and contain no added sugar. These products are packaged in specially developed, eco-friendly cans, the company says, engineered to maintain the quality of the wine inside and to guarantee fresh taste.

Lila Wines are now available at retail locations in nearly 40 states, and can also be purchased online with direct shipping nationwide. They are sold in four-packs of 8.4-oz. cans with an suggested retail price of $11.99 per pack. Each four-pack contains 33 percent more wine than a standard 750-ml. bottle of wine, the company says.
