There was a happy ending to the story that Ed Mulvihill of Peco’s Liquors wrote about in a previous issue of Beverage Dynamics.

Just wanted to touch base. Our growler bill was signed into law by Governor Markell last Thursday. We are officially up and running we had a “soft opening” last night and sold over 40 growlers within 1 hour of being open. Attached are a few pictures of our growler bar and one from the Bill Signing. (see photos below)
