Pernod Ricard USA announced the introduction of Pike Creek Small Batch Whisky . Aged in American oak Bourbon barrels and finished in port barrels, the Canadian whisky has a nose of sweet dried fruits, with an underlying peppery spice and subtle toffee note, according to the company. The 80-proof Pike Creek is available for a suggested retail price of $31.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
