U.S. wine importer Palm Bay International and Italian wine producer Cavit have introduced Select Red Blend, the newest edition to the Cavit Collection family of wines.
Made from a combination of international and indigenous grapes, Select Red Blend incorporates the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, softness of Merlot, fresh fruit of Teroldego and a hint of spice from Syrah, according to the company, in a balanced, full-bodied wine.
The four grape varieties are harvested and fermented separately to preserve characteristic flavors and textures.
Cavit Select Red Blend is currently available nationwide with a suggested retail price of $8.99.
