WG Brewing Company has launched Wild Root alcoholic root beer. Celebrating the liquids roots in roots, it’s a combination of herbs, roots and spices, the company says.
Wild Root (5% ABV) is available in 12-ounce cans in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, Arkansas, Florida and West Virginia. National availability is expected by early 2016.
The suggested retail price for a six-pack is $9.99-$10.99.
Wild Root joins its sister brand Wild Ginger Alcoholic Ginger Beer, launched earlier this year.
