A mashup product for spring and summer has returned.
Narragansett has announced the seasonal release of its annual shandy made with lemonade from fellow Rhode Island company Del’s.
The shandy balances sweet malts and citrus tartness, the companies say. Narragansett Del’s Shandy will roll out this week throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida and Portland, Oregon — and for the first time will appear in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and South Carolina.
At 4.7% ABV and 14 IBUs, Del’s Shandy is available in six packs of 16-ounce tallboy cans ($8.99-$9.99 SRP) and 12-packs of 12-ounce cans ($13.99-$15.99 SRP).
