The chocolate garnish brand ChocolateSideCar has announced new products for beer and for Valentine’s Day.
Chocolate Sidecar produces 1/3-oz. gourmet chocolate discs with notches so that they can sit on the rims of most glass or drink ware. Each piece is handmade using Belgian chocolate. They can be colorized with custom designs.
Originally introduced last fall, the brand has expanded their specialty flavors to meet demand. The candies are being bought for beer and microbreweries, specialty coffee, hospitality, wine and spirits and restaurants. New flavors for 2017 include: Back Slappin’Jalapeno, Red Eye Espresso, Chunky Salty Caramel, Cardomon and Razzin’ Raspberry Rose.
The idea for the garnishes originated when creator David Little realized that people receive a beer or cocktail at a bar with the same enthusiasm as when they unwrap a candy bar.
Other flavors and designs are available upon special request. The chocolates retail for about $2 each and are also available for Super Bowl parties.
The patent pending sidecar is available individually and in boxed gift sets online at chocolatetext.com and can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Bulk options are available.
ChocolateSideCar is a product of Chocolatetext and a division of BetterWorldBrands and Nouveautes, Inc.
