Flesh & Blood IPA is Dogfish Head’s newest year-round brew.
It’s brewed with orange peel, lemon flesh, blood orange juice, and northwest citrusy-hop varieties, the company says.
Flesh & Blood IPA clocks in at 7.5% ABV and 45 IBUs, and is exclusively available in six-pack cans.
The suggested retail price is $13.25 per 6pk-can and $50.50 per case.
“We think the fruit IPA category will surge the fastest in 2017,” says Sam Calagione, Dogfish Head founder and CEO, in a press release. “Because we derive flavors and aromas from actual fruits you would recognize at your local farmers market and not jugs or buckets of flavoring created in a laboratory, you will not see statements like ‘brewed with natural flavors’ or ‘natural flavors added’ on our labels.”
Dogfish Head has also recent brought back its Olde School Barleywine.
