Long Island-based Blue Point Brewing Company has launched its newest brew called Oh Limb Pick, just in time for the opening ceremonies of the 2018 Winter Olympics on Feb. 9.
This dry-hopped golden ale has real gold flakes added into the kettle.
The straw-colored beer has subtle fruit esters and a tropical hop aroma, the company says. It is 5.3% ABV and has 30 IBU’s.
Grains used are Micro Blend, Pilsner, and Pale Wheat, while the hops are Apollo, Zinc, Zeus, and Brewer’s Gold.
