Campari America Unveils NYC Headquarters

After moving its headquarters from San Francisco last fall, Campari America celebrated its arrival in New York at an industry open house on March 11. The new offices house the U.S. operations; North America regional executives and support teams; and global strategic marketing for parent company Campari Group’s spirits brands.

The 65,000-sq.-ft. location occupies the 18th and 19th floors of the landmark Grace Building overlooking Bryant Park in midtown Manhattan. The new U.S. headquarters boasts four bars—Fortunato, Café, Aperol Spritz and the Boulevardier—as well as the Campari Academy training and education facility.

The space includes several design elements inspired by the company’s iconic brands. For instance, a red lacquer staircase that connects the two floors is designed to provide an experience akin to being inside a bottle of Campari, while custom brass door handles are shaped like the Campari soda bottle.

The company has said that the move to New York would put Campari America closer to the head office in Milan, the production facilities in Kentucky, operations in Jamaica, Mexico and Canada, as well as to key distributor partners in the U.S. In addition to its flagship Campari, the company’s spirit portfolio includes Aperol, Grand Marnier, Skyy vodka, Wild Turkey bourbon, Espolòn tequila, Appleton Estate Jamaican rums and Glen Grant Scotch whisky.
