Sombra Mezcal has announced the launch of its first-ever limited-edition super-premium blend, “Sombra Ensamble.”
This spirit blends Tepeztate and Tobalá agaves, and is made for discerning aficionados, the company says.
Available at select bars and retail stores nationwide, only 2,000 bottles of this sipping spirit were produced.

The suggested retail price is $199 per 750-ml. bottle.
Sombra Ensamble Mezcal is 51.6% ABV.

In keeping with Sombra’s commitment to sustainability, the agaves were harvested responsibly, the company says. In addition, 2,000 agave seeds were planted and will be transferred to the wild.
