Booker’s Bourbon Releases Final Batch of 2019 Collection

The fourth and final release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2019 collection is Beaten Biscuits.

Like all previous iterations, Beaten Biscuits carries a name that references the culture around its distillery. This release alludes to the small, cracker-like biscuits that 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe enjoyed.

Booker learned to make beaten biscuits from his grandmother, the company says, and spent years perfecting the recipe. These little biscuits required the air to be beaten out of them, which is how they got their name. Come holiday season, Booker would send these biscuits with his country hams as gifts.

This uncut, unfiltered bourbon is 126.1 proof. Booker’s Beaten Biscuits aged for 6 years, 6 months and 19 days. The nose has hints of oak barrel coming through the sweetness, the company reports, much like the scent of caramel icing for a cake. The finish is medium.

Booker’s Beaten Biscuits is available in limited quantities nationwide for a suggested retail price of $79.99 per 750-ml. bottle.

This follows previous 2019 releases, including Booker’s Shiny Barrel Batch and Teresa’s Batch.
