Silverado Vineyards has announced their GEO Cabernet Sauvignon 2016.
Silverado was founded in 1981, and in 1988 purchased the Mt George Vineyard in Napa Valley’s Coombsville AVA. The GEO Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 was sourced exclusively from the Mt George Vineyard. It is 100% cabernet sauvignon.
Winemaker Jon Emmerich described this vintage as having “floral and sweet aromas, with hints of clove and bittersweet chocolate. It’s full-bodied, with good tannin structure and flavors of muddled black cherry, anise and plum.”
