Palm Bay Introduces High Heaven Vintners

Wine and spirits importer Palm Bay International has announced the addition of High Heaven Vintners to its portfolio.

Located in Washington State, east of the Cascade Mountains in Columbia Valley’s Rain Shadow, High Heaven Vintners is a new brand. Marc D. Taub, third generation president and CEO of Palm Bay International, and Mark Zirkle, fifth president of Zirkle Fruit, joined together to launch this project.

High Heaven Vintners works with estate-grown grapes sourced from five vineyards owned by the Zirkle family within the Columbia Valley AVA: Beverly Vineyard, Soaring Eagle Vineyard, Zillah Ranch Vineyard, Four Feathers Vineyard and McNary Vineyard. With more than a century of experience farming fruit in the area, the Zirkle family “believes in a vineyard first philosophy,” the company says in a release, “understanding that the first step to making great wine is growing great grapes.”
