Rabbit Hole Distillery Eyes National Distribution

The Rabbit Hole lineup of American whiskies.

The fast-growing distillery Rabbit Hole has announced a drive toward national distribution for its range of American whiskies.

Rabbit Hole first launched in 2012, became available for sale in 2016, and entered into a strategic partnership with Pernod Ricard last year.

In the drive for national distribution, Rabbit Hole will harness Pernod Ricard’s Preferred Distributor Network.

“At a time when many American whiskey brands on the market are mass-produced versions of the same mash bill, Rabbit Hole has emerged as a highly sought-after, highly-rated craft brand,” says Rabbit Hole’s Founder/Whiskey Maker Kaveh Zamanian. “Consumers and the trade have embraced our one-of-a-kind mashbills and our unconventional approach to making American whiskey and the brand is gaining traction in key markets across the country. With Pernod Ricard’s support, our trajectory will continue to rise and Rabbit Hole will take its rightful place among the top-selling bourbons on the market.”

The Rabbit Hole range includes Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, Dareringer Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in PX Sherry Casks and Heigold Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Each of Rabbit Hole’s bourbon recipes consists of 30% malted grains — an unusual trait for the industry. Rabbit Hole also only uses wood-fired, toasted and charred barrels.

Rabbit Hole has established itself as a stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, with a downtown Louisville distillery that stands out for its modern-artistic design.
