The newest whiskey from Knob Creek is their 15 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
This is the brand’s oldest age statement released yet.
Knob Creek 15 Year Old is 100 proof. Barrels used in this expression came from “prime locations within Knob Creek’s Kentucky warehouses that cater to advanced aging,” the company says.
This whiskey has aromas of caramelized oak followed by hints of sweet vanilla, ripened fruit and baking spices, the company reports, followed by a palate of caramel and toffee paired with toasted oak and light leather. On the finish are spices with a touch of floral and cherry.
Knob Creek 15 Year Old Bourbon is available nationwide at a suggested retail price of $99.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
