Bud Light has announced the launch of its new Bud Light Seltzer Ugly Sweater variety pack, extending the brand’s popular hard seltzer portfolio for the holiday season.
This limited-edition pack features three new flavors inspired by holiday moments — along with Cranberry, which is now available year-round in the Bud Light Seltzer Remix variety pack.
The pack and cans feature a holiday design matching the season’s tradition of ugly sweaters.
“Since we first launched Bud Light Seltzer, fans have really enjoyed our delicious flavors and the fun we have brought to the entire seltzer category,” says Colleen Lucas, senior director of marketing for Bud Light. “Our new Ugly Sweater variety pack builds on these pillars while also adding some holiday cheer in the form of tasty flavors which have become very popular around this time of year.”
Flavors included in the Ugly Sweater variety pack are as follows, with company-provided tasting notes:
- Bud Light Seltzer Apple Crisp: Baked apple pie, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Bud Light Seltzer Peppermint Pattie: Peppermint and dark chocolate
- Bud Light Seltzer Gingersnap: Ginger spice and notes of brown sugar and vanilla
- Bud Light Seltzer Cranberry: A berry aroma with the balance of sweetness and tartness from cranberry flavor
The Ugly Sweater variety pack hits shelves nationwide starting Monday, Nov. 2, in 12-oz., slim-can variety 12-packs. It is available for a limited time only.
Similar to the original Bud Light Seltzer flavors, the new Bud Light Seltzer Ugly Sweater variety pack is made with cane sugar, natural fruit flavors and no artificial sweeteners, using a five-step filtration process. Each flavor is 5% ABV, less than 1 gram of sugar and 100 calories.
