Booker’s Bourbon has announced the last entry into its 2021 lineup: 2021-04 Noe Strangers Batch.

All batches derive their names from the history of the Noe family at Jim Beam. Noe Strangers Batch references the “genuine, social nature” of 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, the company says.

“Booker’s way of making friends was second nature to him,” the company adds. “When Booker took a liking to the products that a salesman was selling, he would call his wife and say, ‘Set an extra plate at the table, I’m inviting this salesman to dinner!'”

As with all bottles of Booker’s Bourbon, Booker’s “Noe Strangers Batch” was selected by 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe. Uncut and unfiltered, this release is 124.4 proof. It aged 6 years, 6 months, and 12 days.

Aromas include vanilla and brown spice, with a sweetness that continues upon the first sip, according to the distillery. The initial heat isn’t overwhelming, and leaves a taste that’s balanced with a warm finish.

Booker’s Noe Strangers Batch is available nationwide, beginning in December, in limited quantities. The suggested retail price is $89.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.

This follows Booker’s Bourbon 2021-03 “Bardstown Batch” in the 2021 lineup.
