Patrón Tequila continues its annual Mexican Heritage Tin release in 2022 with a collaboration with the Mexico City-based sculptor, Sebastian.
This yearly, limited-edition release celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. Each year it features a new artist.
For the 2022 tin, Sebastian tells the story of one of the oldest traditions in Mexico: the harvesting and cutting of agave piñas. The design is an overhead view of the agave heart, inspired by the detailed cutting process of the agave piña that’s steeped in natural geometric design.

Best known for his works of steel and concrete, Sebastian’s abstract geometric forms and colors are inspired by the Mexican landscape and natural shapes found in the regions of Mexico in which Sebastian resides.

The limited-edition Patrón Mexican Heritage Tin includes a bottle of Patrón Silver, and rolls out to retailers nationwide in the U.S. as well as select international markets for a suggested retail price of $59.99 while supplies last. Additionally, the tin can be purchased online.
