Boisson has launched its first-ever in-house NA (non-alcoholic) beverage, Boisson Blanc.

Boisson Blanc was made by Boisson in partnership with winemaker Johannes Leitz of the German wine brand Leitz.

Boisson Blanc is a white wine that features a blend of multiple white varieties grown in Germany and Spain, including Muller-Thurgau and Airén, all sourced specifically for their characteristics successful to non-alcoholic preparation, the company says.

The resulting taste provides a balance of natural acidity and bright, citric fruitiness, the company says. The bright acidity and richness of fruit here pair with all manner of foods, but especially cuisines with tempura, aromatic or heat spices, fish and white meats. The Blanc also pairs well with sushi, spicy foods and more

The wine is available on boisson.co and in-store at their newest Rockefeller Center location now for $16 per 750-ml. bottle.
