The Mendoza winery Bodega Luigi Bosca has introduced its La Linda wine line to American consumers.

The portfolio will focus on three wines: Torrontes, Malbec and Red Blend.

The brand makes its U.S. debut at the upcoming South Beach Food and Wine Festival in February. A lifestyle PR and influencer engagement campaign will follow throughout the year.

“We’re delighted to share these very special wines with the important American market,” says Alberto Arizu, CEO of Bodega Luigi Bosca. “Our marketing campaign in support of La Linda invites wine drinkers to appreciate the beauty of simple things and enjoy every moment with optimism, which we believe is the perfect message to share as we begin the new year.”

La Linda’s name was inspired by local landscapes. The vineyards that produce La Linda are some of the highest altitudes of Mendoza and are surrounded by a mountain range, the company says.

The full La Linda portfolio available in the U.S. includes Torrontes (the native white of Argentina), a fruit-forward, spiced and aromatic Malbec, a Red Blend, as well as a crisp, unoaked Chardonnay, the company says. Each wine has a suggested retail price of $15 per 750-ml. bottle.

Our wines stand out for being expressive, balanced, and fruity; they are honest, smooth, and approachable wines,” says Belén Rodriguez, the winemaker for La Linda. “We strive to truly express Mendoza’s terroir and altitude in the winemaking process, which has been developed, nurtured and refined over many decades.”

Pacific Highway Wines is the U.S. importer for Bodega Luigi Bosca.

La Linda was founded in 1995 and is now in more than 50 countries worldwide.
