Blue Note has released a limited-release Honey Rye Cask.
Made Memphis, this new expression aged for a minimum of three years, after which time the whiskey returned to the honey-infused casks for another round of aging.
The whiskey features a classic mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It comes bottled at 117.2 proof (58.6% ABV).
The suggested retail price is $64.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
