This American single malt whiskey was made from 100% malted barley, aged in Cedar Ridge bourbon barrels. It finished in a 132-gallon first-fill Sherry butt from Jerez, Spain.
This barrel was selected by Murphy Quint, Cedar Ridge’s Master Blender, and released as a single barrel at cask strength, only yielding 594 total bottles, only available in Iowa.
“This is my favorite barrel of whiskey on the property at Cedar Ridge. I thought it would be fun to release it at cask strength so that our fans get to experience it the same way that I do, uncut and in its natural form,” says Quint.
The suggested retail price is $99.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
