Pumpkin Apple Fizz Cocktail
1 ½ oz. Pumpkin puree
2 oz. Apple cider
2 oz. Bourbon of choice
Ginger beer to top
In a shaker add the pumpkin puree, apple cider, and bourbon. Shake vigorously and strain with mesh strainer into a glass filled with ice. Fill to the top with ginger beer, give it a quick mix, add a slice of apple for garnish, and serve!

The Great Pumpkin
1 ½ oz. Garden pumpkin/red kuri squash puree
1 ½ oz. Bourbon
¼ oz. Lemon juice
Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
Shake all ingredients except cider, and strain. Top with apple cider and garnish with micro greens

1 ½ oz. Azzurre vodka
½ oz. Fresh lime juice
½ oz. Pumpkin spice syrup
3 oz. Ginger beer
Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a copper mug and lightly stir to incorporate. Garnish with a lime wheel and roasted pumpkin seeds.

1 part Drambuie
1 ½ parts Pumpkin puree
⅛ tsp. Ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. Ground nutmeg
4 parts Steamed milk
Serve in Irish Coffee mug. Garnish with steamed milk foam and freshly ground nutmeg dusted on top.

Pumpkin Pie Piña Colada
1 oz. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1 oz. Coconut milk
1 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Non-fat yogurt
2 oz. Organic pumpkin puree
Place all ingredients in a blender with ice; blend until smooth and frosty. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
1 oz. Baileys Pumpkin Spice cream liqueur
1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1 1/2 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Combine Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Captain Morgan and vanilla ice cream in a highball glass. Top with cola and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.

Pumpkin Pie Marg-O’Rita
2 oz. Soltado spicy añejo tequila
1 oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Vanilla simple syrup
1 tbsp. Pumpkin puree
1 oz. Cointreau
Dash pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Using a fine strainer, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
