Elysian Brewing has announced the return of their seasonal beer, Bifrost Winter Ale.
It’s a departure from the traditional dark, spiced holiday ales. Instead, Bifrost is a medium-bodied winter pale ale that’s 8.3% ABV with 58 IBUs.
Bifrost pours golden with orange highlights and has aromas of citrus, spice and caramel apples, the company says. It finishes dry with a bit of fruit.
Bifrost is available now in select U.S. markets.
Elysian Brewing was purchased by AB-InBev in 2015.
