This 11-year-old Lagavulin single malt finished for four months in ex-Guinness beer barrels. The result is peat and charred wood notes of the Lagavulin with the roasted coffee, dark chocolate and sweet caramel notes from the Guinness casks, the company reports, complemented with dashes of red berries and green apple.

Available nationwide this month, Lagavulin Offerman Edition: Guinness Cask Finish is 46% ABV. The suggested retail price is $79.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
