Single barrels of MGP’s house rye brand, Rossville Union, are bottled and on their way to participating retailers.
Customized bottles bearing the names of those retail accounts will arrive in late August, in time for National Rye Month.
Stores from the following states took part in the 2021 Rossville Union single barrel program: AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, OH, TN, TX, VA and WI.
This comes as MGP — known as a destination for Non-Distiller Producers (NDPs), who source whiskey from the massive, historical Indiana distillery — continues to build out its house brands.
This also follows the recent news of MGP buying Luxco.
