In the first episode, we discuss new technology for retailers and restaurant operators that’s taken off since the coronavirus pandemic hit the U.S. COVID-19 pretty much shut down on-premise service in mid March, while the off-premise has boomed as consumers stocked up on alcohol essentials. Both sectors have learned a lot about online orders and delivery during this period.
