Constellation Brands, Inc. has announced the first-ever can format in the U.S. for Pacifico – its pilsner-style Mexican beer.
Beginning in March, single-serve, 24-oz. cans of Pacifico will be available in 35 states.
This new format will “offer greater trial opportunity for consumers,” the company says, while and Pacifico’s signature bright yellow can design offers increased visibility for the growing brand.
Pacifico is also available in 12-oz. bottles, 32-oz. Ballenas, quarter-barrel and half-barrel kegs in the U.S.
In 2015, Pacifico surpassed 6.5 million cases sold, marking the eighth consecutive year of growth for the brand.
