Retail Masterminds Group Holds Second Meeting in October

If you were not in attendance for the October 12 Beverage Dynamics Retail Mastermind Group, you missed the incredible evidence of what membership in this select group can do for your liquor store. Chris Ramey, America’s most quoted expert on selling to the affluent customer, filled our heads with insight as to how these customers shop and why they buy.

Almost the entire hour was filled with questions from attendees. The answers we heard from Chris are relevant to everyone’s store!

As the conversation continued, I noticed participants taking notes. Perhaps one of the aspects of what Chris shared that received the most engagement was that of being able to target the affluent customer on their cell phone. Chris was very polite in explaining he was not looking for business, but with all the notes being taken, I believe it is important I share with you the contact information for Chris.

November will be the conclusion of the four free Retail Mastermind Group meetings. January will be the start of the membership only meetings. In addition to our having a guest expert we will begin tracking and compiling key performance indicators (KPIs) for your store and for the group. As an example, when we show you the average line count for your store, we will also show you the average line count for the group. It is a great way to learn what aspects of your business can be improved and to what extent.
